Anyone that knows me can agree that I am constantly on the go. As soon as I get home, I'm ready to crash on the couch, but am always so hungry! I love to cook & make new dishes to try out, but lately my schedule hasn't allowed for it.
LUCKILY I found Freshly
to keep up with me & my busy days.
The fact that I can pop this plate in the microwave & have fresh Chicken Livorno in 3 minutes... can you say lifesaver?! Each meal is easy to cook & ready to go in a matter of just a few minutes in the microwave.
Ps. I had a girlfriend of mine over for dinner one night & she had no idea that it was a Freshly meal. It tastes just as fresh & is just as pretty on the plate as any other meal.
The Chicken Livorno was one of my favorites! It is a Tuscan inspired, herb roasted chicken put onto a stew of tomatoes, Great Northern beans, smoked bacon & garlic. Put it all together for an incredible chicken breast dinner, full of all healthy & natural ingredients!
One of my other faves was the Grilled Chicken Risotto!
This is an Italian dish of grilled chicken breast, placed upon a delicious combination of cheeses, asparagus, oyster mushrooms, Arborio rice. If you like broccoli cheddar type taste, you'll love this!
