Easter Girl's Night with MacKenzie Childs
If there are two things that I love, it is GIRLS NIGHT & HOLIDAYS! Naturally, I find any excuse to combine the two. I have a few sweet treats together, a yummy cheese board ready & am having a fun evening with my girls, before heading back to Illinois for Easter this weekend. Every time I have my girlies over, they ALWAYS ask me about my MacKenzie-Childs beauties, so of course I had to bust out my new spring pieces that are PERFECT for this little get together!
Feeling a little extra "Alice In Wonderland" inspired this time around. I have tea on the stove, the wine is ready to sipppp & the cookies are in the oven! I love baking anything sweet- from brownies to beer bread, it’s all a good idea to me! That being said, these fun occasions are the best! I just received my order of MacKenzie-Childs bakewear as well & let me tell y'all... GAME CHANGER! It goes straight into the oven & when you bring it out, it is already in the prettiest decor & ready to show off! You have to check these beautiful bakewear items out! I love having little touches for Easter around the house right now! I am OBSESSED with this new Courtly Check Basket to put eggs in for a unique decoration! That along with the pastel candies & charcuterie tray makes for a simple & easy Easter look for your snack layout! OH! & how cute is this new little Cheese Tray Knife Set!? Perfect little touch of the MC look!
If you have girls night & don't take pics... did it even happen? I head out tomorrow morning for Illinois to see my family for Easter & I am SO excited! Momma always makes the same Easter lunch & my only responsibility is deviled eggs, so it's safe to say that I can't mess that up too bad! I'm strongly leaning towards wrapping my MacKenzie-Childs pieces in bubble wrap & taking them with me to use as decor for the holiday at home. My mom LOVES all of my MC collection so I know she would be all for it!
