A Matter Of Taste Eatery

As soon as I stepped foot in AMOT, it was love at first sight. It was chic, classy, and welcoming. The all white, modern environment made it feel as though it was as clean as an operating room, but still had me ready to dig into some incredible chicken and waffles.

We headed out to Fatherland Street in East Nashville to experience this Gluten Free, casual-fine-dining restaurant. Enjoying their brunch, lunch, and dinner menu while relaxing just 5 minutes from downtown Nashville.

The unique frames surrounding intellectual quotes on the walls were some of my very favorite decorations at the restaurant. My mom always had different sayings and Bible verses hanging up around the house when I was growing up, so this was very eye-catching to me.

My friend Kate decided that brunch isn't properly done without a Pineapple Mimosa! So many pretty drinks will have to wait until i'm 21... However, the bar is stocked and amazingly well decorated on display for everyone to see! They have great drink specials such as $5 Sangrias and $3 Mimosas.

I am a HUGE fan of bright lighting and open areas. This garage style wall leaves an exposed opening to view the outdoor patio. You can't beat a peaceful afternoon brunch with a perfect view!

I stole a few too many bites of French Toast from my friend, Katelin. I decided to try out their Caesar Salad {my favorite at most places} with gluten free, homemade croutons, while she tempted me the ENTIRE time with her dessert breakfast with fresh fruit and maple syrup. I ended up eating half of hers anyway, so I guess my one-day-diet was short lived.
